Ammo Online is a licensed dealer of ammunition and shotguns, operating under a license ISSUIED BY AUTHORITIES. This page explains who can order from us, how we verify eligibility, where we ship, and how delivery works.

1. Who Can Order

To purchase ammunition or shotguns from Ammo Online, you must:

  • Be at least 18 or 21 — confirm per product/country years of age
  • Hold a valid weapons license / hunting license/ drivers license/ passport — specify which for the products you are ordering
  • Reside in and be ordering for delivery to a country listed in Section 3 below

We reserve the right to request a copy of your license and ID before confirming any order, and to cancel and refund any order where eligibility cannot be verified.

2. License & Age Verification Process

At checkout, you will be asked to upload a copy of your valid license and confirm your date of birth. Orders are held for verification before payment is finalized. This is typically Inatant at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is verified and confirmed.

3. Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Sweden
  • Uk
  • All across the EEA/EU

Some countries within the EU have additional restrictions on ammunition or shotgun imports and may not be listed above. If your country is not listed, we are currently unable to ship to you.

4. Shipping Carrier & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Cargo,Fedex,DHL,Postnord, Parceldelivery. All ammunition and shotgun shipments require an adult signature on delivery — packages cannot be left unattended, with a neighbor, or at a pickup locker.

  • Sweden: 1- business day

6. Order Restrictions

We may limit quantities per order or per customer, and may decline any order at our discretion, including where we are unable to verify eligibility or where local regulations restrict the specific product ordered.

7. Returns on Ammunition & Shotguns

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private individual have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. You have the right to examine the product, but if you want to cancel your purchase, the product must be returned in an unchanged condition. The right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive your delivery. Some of the products in the webshop are sold without a right of withdrawal. When ordering such a product, you will receive clear information about what applies. If a product has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
